Sleeping and resting on a plan can be super hard! In my experience, it is something I have always struggled with. Something that has worked for me is using some kind of sleep aid like melatonin or Z-Quil. And then using sleep masks and ear buds is super helpful because it helps eliminate some of the noise and lights on the plane! 


Travel tip: use a pillow case with a zipper and fill it with extra clothes you want to take! You will be able to bring more than your carry on fits and have something to use on the plane!
